Tommy Lee’s Assault Case Against Son Headed to District Attorney

Barely a day after slamming ex-wife Pamela Anderson for bringing up their abusive relationship in a recent interview with Piers Morgan, Tommy Lee required a trip to the hospital to mend his lip. The Mötley Crüe drummer claims son Brandon Thomas Lee barged into his bedroom where he and his fiancée were sleeping and attacked him.

Brandon maintains he punched his drunk dad in self-defense after having confronted him about bad-mouthing Anderson. Lee tweeted.

“I asked him to leave the house and he knocked me unconscious. He ran away from the police. THAT’S the truth.”

Lee also wrote in a post that’s since been deleted:

“My heart is broken. You can give your kids everything they could ever want in their entire lives and they can still turn against you. Good job Brandon! Great son!”

Tommy wants to go forward with a criminal complaint, and even got a restraining order against his son. Tommy’s fiancee, Brittany Furlan, called 911 after the punch and said Brandon knocked Tommy unconscious.

According to TMZ, Tommy Lee’s reached the point of no return even if he changes his mind about wanting his son, Brandon Lee, prosecuted for battery, the case is headed to the D.A.’s office. Pamela Anderson claims Tommy’s heavy boozing is to blame for the altercation but he says Brandon’s just ungrateful.
